The photographer shall maintain the copyright of all photographs. Photographer grants the client permission to make copies of the images for personal use by the Client on social media sites. Sale, publication, or any other commercial use is specifically prohibited without the prior written consent of the Photographer. The client agrees that the images created by Ashley Foreman Productions are not to be edited after their images are received by the client. This includes but is not limited to filters, retouching, exposure adjustments, and presets.
